Any seeds sold will be considered sold for novelty purposes only! Seeds are intended for novelty, souvenir and collectible purposes only and should only be germinated in countries in which it is legal to do so. Captain Redbeard seeds will accept no responsibility for anyone who does not comply with local laws and takes no responsibility if they are used in any fashion that can be considered illicit or illegal. If we are concerned that any customer will be planting, germinating, or harvesting our products in a country or state where this is illegal, we have the right to refuse sale. Any information provided is for educational purposes and not intended for illegal use. We will not replace orders for, improper germination practices or if lost in transit as we cannot be responsible for the postal service. All seeds are compliant with the 2018 farm bill and do not contain more than .03% THC before Germination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that in no event shall either of Captain Red Beard Seeds or any party acting on behalf of Captain Red Beard Seeds. be liable for: (a) any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses or costs in an aggregate amount exceeding the greater of the amount you paid to Captain Red Beard Seeds hereunder or $100.00; or (b) any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive or any other damages. You agree even if Captain Red Beard Seeds has been told of possible damage or loss arising or resulting from or in any way relating to your use of Captain Red Beard Seeds products. Captain Red Beard Seeds and its representatives are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to delays or non-delivery of products.
